Scope means the extent of the area or subject matter that something deals with or to which it is relevant. The City does not award publicly funded contracts to those who knowingly employ unauthorized alien workers in violation of section 274A(e) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 United States Code s1324a(e). Such employment deprives legal workers of job opportunities. Violation of section 274A(e) shall be grounds for unilateral cancellation of the contract, Contract, proposal or quote for purchase of services and goods by the City of South Daytona. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, and the award, if award is made, will be made based on the following evaluation factors and the quoter whose qualifications indicate the award will be in the best interest of the City and whose Offer complies with all the prescribed requirements.
