The Veterinary Technology Clinic Phase 2 project is an approximately 1400 SF wood framed construction addition within the Jefferson College Hillsboro campus. This is a one classroom addition on an existing foundation and slab with selective exterior demolition. Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company. All contractors must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation on a federal work authorization program and stating that the contractor does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S. The contractor must comply with current Prevailing Wage laws and other statutory regulations as referenced to in the specifications. This project is tax exempt. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible contractor and to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality on all proposals.
