This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and certified in by SBA in Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). Interested SDVOSB s must be listed to receive contract awards. The services will be performed at Amarillo Veterans Heath Care System (AVAHCS) in Amarillo, TX in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
