The current schedule calls for work to begin during the Summer of 2025 and to continue during the school year with completion of all work by December 2025. This project will utilize the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) project delivery method and may involve design assist. Professional design services are provided by GPD. Those services are for the benefit of the District under a single contract that is held by the District.
