Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brecksville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of February 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Willham Roofing, with an awarded amount of $2,945.685.00.** agreed that work embodied in this Contract for the Base Bids and Alternates as awarded shall start on or about June 4, 2025, and shall be completed no later than August 8, 2025, unless an extension of time is granted by the Owner. A fee of $1,000.00 per day may be charged for work that does not complete by August 8, 2025. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, shall state the price for labor and materials, and must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty or 10% cash equivalency meeting the requirements of Section 153.571 and 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
