Amendment 0001 - This amendment adds two attachments concerning the Question & Answer (QnA) Log and Existing Site Drawings which are to be used as reference only. Project Number: 650-22-103 This solicitation calls for construction services to replace the primary substation located in Providence, Rhode Island. See incorporated SOW and attachments for details. Site Visit will commence at: Wednesday, February 19th, 2025 at 2:00PM EST. Written Questions are due to the Government by: Wednesday, February 26th, 2025 at 2:00PM EST. Answers anticipated to be posted on or around: Wednesday, March 5th, 2025 at 2:00PM EST. Proposals are due to the Government by: Monday, March 17th, 2025 by 2:00PM EST. Awardee shall perform work in strict accordance with the General Specifications, Statement of Work (SOW), Attachments, Schedule, Site Drawings, Terms and Conditions set forth in the contract as applicable. This requirement is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB concerns. Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. in accordance with FAR 36.204.
