Reference Number 0000379566 Splash Pad Improvements at Father Lennon Park The department of Parks is seeking qualified vendors to make Splash Pad Improvements at Father Lennon Park in Providence. Father Lennon Park is a neighborhood park in the Smith Hill Neighborhood of Providence. This park acts as a green school yard for Harry Kizirian Elementary School and Smith Hill Early Childhood. The park features a playground, community gardens, parkour outdoor fitness, and a walking loop. The Selim Madelin Rogers Recreation Center and pool abuts the park to the south, but they are fenced off from each other. This project will create a needed splash pad and picnic area for park users and increase permeability and access between the park and the recreation center. BASE BID: The Base Bid scope of work for this project shall include, but not be limited to the following: new concrete splash pad with spray, seating, and picnic features; new accessible path from the recreation center; new sand filter, new trees.
