Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures/equipment, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Expand and Renovate Space for New MRI Construction Project at the Providence Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Providence, Rhode Island as required by drawings and specifications and per the description herein. This project shall include, but not be limited to general construction, alterations, civil site work, finishes, HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, fire alarm and suppression, security, and other items as contained within the construction documents. Refer to contract documents (drawings and specifications) for complete details of project work. This project is a competitive, total small business set-aside. Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall perform IAW SOW and technical drawings necessary that will result in the completion of the Expansion and Renovation of the Providence VAMC, MRI suite. This project is located at the Providence VAMC 830 Chalkstone Avenue Providence, RI 02908 NAICS: 236220 PSC: YIDA Firms submitting a proposal acknowledge the submitted proposal price is guaranteed for 90 days from submission. The magnitude of this construction project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
