The Scope of Work at the Griggsville High School building consists of demolishing the existing storage shed, metal building, and greenhouse. Sitework will include rework of the existing parking lot with new curbing, sidewalks, and surface material. A new masonry addition will be added adjacent to the existing gymnasium. All work shall be bid under one prime contract.
