*As of January 29, 2025, project was awarded to JM Construction, awarded amount is $3,030,155.30. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 4,000 feet of varying 20- inch, 16-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inchductile iron, HDPE, and PVC water main. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in thecurrent wage determination in accordance with the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act. Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as amended. The Hecla Water Association, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 110days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and Contract Award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
