Any Such letter of Credit Shall Be Revocable Only at the Option of the Beneficiary Owner. The Amount of the Certified Check, Cashier's check, or Letter of Credit Shall Be equal to Ten (10) Percent of The bid and the Successful Bidder will Be Required to Submit a Bond in the Form Provided in 153.57 Of the Ohio Revised Code in Conjunction With the Execution Of the Contract. The Engineer's Estimate For this Project is $590,000 The City of Ironton Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities. The City Of ironton Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Increase or Decrease or Omit Any Item Or times and/or Award the Bid To the Lowest and Best Bidder.
