Renovation of an educational facility in Ironton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,000-square-foot educational facility.
2.1 The contractors' work shall include all labor and material necessary to mobilize onsite and to complete construction to the building and the site as shown on the drawings and included in the specifications as a whole. It shall also consist of the performance of construction preparatory operations, including the movement of personnel and equipment to the project site and for the establishment of the contractors offices, buildings, and other facilities necessary to begin work. 2.2 Coordinate installation of Financial Banking equipment with the equipment supplier (being provided by others under a separate contract directly with the owner). Bidders shall submit written questions to Kirk Donges, TSHD Architects, at kdonges@tshdarchitects.com, by 12:00 p.m. by May 14, 2025 to allow sufficient time for the Design Professional to respond. New Wellness Center Project Questions may be directed to Kirk Donges, TSHD Architects, at kdonges@tshdarchitects.com. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility
