Water Meter Replacement Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Lawrence County as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Labor and Worker Safety - Wage and Hour. The ENGINEER's estimate for this project is 2,400,000. The City of Ironton reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities. The City of Ironton reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or times and/or award the bid to the lowest and best bidder. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents.
