The total cost estimated range is $400,000.00 in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by: TSHD architects 1010 Coles Boulevard, Portsmouth, OH 45662 740.354.6621 kdonges@tshdarchitects.com /mspencer@tshdarchitects.com Note: The owner has already purchased the elevator package for both buildings. The bond shall be on the form bound in the Project Manual,(or in lieu of a bond, a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Revised Code. The amount of the certified check,cashier's check, or letter of credit shall be equal to 10% ofthe bid.). Ironton Metropolitan Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the dateset for the opening thereof.
