The Lawrence County Commis-sioners are requesting sealed bids for the CDBG Proctorville Sidewalk Improvements Proj ect. Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Lawrence County Board of Commissioners or by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid, Lawrence County Board of Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw thein bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Lawrence County Board of Commissioners re-serves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any on all bids.
