Project Name: San Dieguito Union High School District Modernization Project Addresses: Diegueno MS, 2150 Village Park Way, Encinitas 92024 Oak Crest MS, 675 Balour Drive, Encinitas 92024 Canyon Crest Academy, 5951 Village Ctr. Loop, San Diego 92130 Project Summary: The project consists of three (3) Multi-Campus improvements: 1. Diegueno Middle School - Locker Room modernization (6,359 sf), replacement of roofing materials for locker room and shade structure (2,659 sf), and site related works. 2. Oak Crest Middle School - Modernization of Crest Hall, Building L, to include HVAC improvements, interior upgrades, addition of 498 sf storage with a fire wall, re-roofing of existing MPR roof, exterior ramp improvement at northwest corner of Crest Hall, new exterior exit door and restroom alterations to Building K. A separate set of documents require the construction of a new fire lane through the existing playground surface. 3. Canyon Crest Academy - Shall modernize the Black Box Theater, modernize Building F, new HVAC system at existing foodservice, and site improvements.
