Network Switching Equipment The District is requesting that the selected vendor enter into a one-year contract for E-Rate eligible equipment with the option to extend the contract on an annual basis if mutually agreed upon and determined to be in the best interest of the district. The District requests an initial contract term of July 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 with the option to extend for 2 additional one-year terms. Any questions regarding this process should be directed to erate@sduhsd.net. Questions must be received by 2:00 PM PST on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 and must be submitted in writing. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a proposal, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals or in the proposal process.
