The project consists of the following: o Build/construct an eighth mile trail o Build/construct concrete handicap parking area and sidewalks o Build/construct 40' x 40' playground area & equipment Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
