Project will range in cost from $100,000 to $150,000. The Shawnee Mission School District ("the District") is accepting bids for a Roof Improvement Project at the District's Center for Academic Achievement ("CAA") building located at 8200 W. 71 Street, Shawnee Mission, KS 66204. This project involves installation of roof paver units, pedestal support systems, support tray units, metal flashing, roof drain adjustments. gutters, downspouts, connections, and other system components. Any Bid should include all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and any other resources needed to complete the project as drawn. The approximate construction start date of the project is anticipated in January 2025. The selected Contractor will need to work with the District to develop a schedule after the contract has been awarded, as the CAA building schedule changes regularly.
