SUMMARY SCOPE OF WORK: Rio Rancho Public Schools (RRPS) wishes to establish a price agreement(s) for replacement of various HVAC Filters provided by RRPS and to purchase filters from product provider(s). Contractor shall develop records depicting date and time that the filters were replaced for the various HVAC systems and locations. Failure to comply with the instructions, specifications, terms and conditions of this ITB may result in your bid submittal being classified as unresponsive and disqualified. SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT: The scope of the procurement shall encompass the defined scope of work described in Section IV. This contract will be in effect for a period of one (1) year with an automatic renew for three additional one year periods. Total length of the contract(s) shall not exceed four (4) years. It shall be noted that services provided and solicited will be contingent upon funding. Pricing structure will remain firm for the life of the contract.
