PROJECT: Rio Rancho Public Schools ("RRPS") is seeking professional Architectural Design Services for Cleveland HS campus upgrades and additions to include: 1. Rio Rancho public schools is soliciting proposals for a Design firm to assist with campus upgrades and additions for Cleveland HS to include: Programming/Design for new classroom building (8 Classrooms) Programming/Design for cafeteria extension/addition Security upgrades to include i. CMU perimeter wall ii. Main secure lobby upgrades iii. Design new secure lobby/vestibule between gym &cafeteria 2. Project MACC: 5,000,000 (Dependent upon available funding) All planning must be performed in accordance with RRPS standards. Design team must be backgrounded by RRPS. Non cleared staff will not be permitted on school campus. Any changes, schedules or modifications must be communicated to the point of contact. Notify the Owner of any additional work that requires attention prior to commencement of work. Design team shall verify all measurements, field conditions and information in this scope. The term of any contract shall be from the date of execution until the completion of design services and completion of construction.
