Reference Number 0000370332 The Town of West Springfield, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Supply of On-Call Traffic Signal Repairs, Installations and Betterments . All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, 39M inclusive as amended. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % The contracts shall be awarded by the Chief Procurement Officer, which reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any and all proposals or to take whatever action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of West Springfield. Bids will remain firm for sixty (60) days following the opening of proposals. The Town anticipates purchasing approximately $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 of work on an annual basis *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
