Renovation of a municipal facility in Claremont, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City is soliciting bids for the complete removal and replacement of the roof at Garner House, 840 N. Indian Hill Boulevard, Claremont, CA 91711. Discrepancies in, and/or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents or questions as to their meaning shall be immediately brought to the attention of City by submission of a written request for an interpretation or correction to City. Such submission, if any, must be sent to the Community Services Department by emailing jswan@claremontca.gov and shall be received no later than June 11, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. for interpretation or correction from the City. For further information, contact Jeremy Swan, Community Services Director at jswan@claremontca.gov. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the City in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price
