The City of Alameda Housing Authority (AHA) is considering contracting with a vendor to provide environmentally preferable janitorial services. The Contractor must provide a motivated and skilled crew capable of productively cleaning and sanitizing the properties and offices in a highly productive manner. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, and tools required to complete the service safely and efficiently. AHA will be providing the necessary materials required for the service. Proposals should be cost effective and include reasonable fees. All Proposers are asked to describe the tasks required to successfully carry out the Scope of Services outlined in Exhibit "D", attached hereto. However, Proposer's may include additional services that the Proposer is capable of providing and which, in the Proposer's opinion, would enhance the implementation of the proposed Scope of Services. Proposers must provide pricing for any additional services presented in the proposal. Pricing for all five (5) years must be included in the proposal, including any increases, broken down by year. The AHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the RFP process, or to terminate the RFP process at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, if deemed by the AHA to be in its best interests. Right to Reject Any Proposal. The AHA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject and not consider any proposal that does not meet the requirements of this RFP, including but not limited to untimely, or incomplete proposals or proposals offering alternate or non-requested services.
