VARIOUS SITES ROOF REPAIRS EDISON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL -PADEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL -LINCOLN MIDDLE SCHOOL - Project consists of all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for major roof repairs at various school sites for Alameda Unified School District Locations- Edison Elementary School 2700 Buena Vista Ave, Alameda, CA 94501 Paden Elementary School 444 Central Ave, Alameda, CA 94501 Lincoln Middle School 1250 Fernside Blvd, Alameda, CA 94501 Alameda Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT", invites and will receive sealed bid proposals from interested and qualified vendors for a contract to perform: (1) Industrial Arts Building Roof Repairs at Alameda High School, (2) Various Sites Roof Repairs at Edison Elementary School, Paden Elementary School and Lincoln Middle School, and (3) Alameda Unified School District Office Roof Restoration Proposals must bear original signatures and figures. The DISTRICT reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in bidding as deemed to be in the best interest of the DISTRICT. Proposals will remain open and valid for ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening. Any bidder may withdraw his/her proposal, either personally or by written request, at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals. No objections concerning the application, meaning, or interpretation of these specifications will be considered after the opening of the subject proposals.
