Please Submit All Questions Through the Bonfire Procurement Portal Accessed at Online. The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is seeking Proposals for Community Room and Kitchen ADA Accessibility Renovations for Independence Plaza, located at 703 Atlantic Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501. 1) Execute all demo, disposal, renovation and installations as shown on Independence Plaza Community Kitchenette Accessibility permit resubmittal plans, dated 9/27/24, as drawn by Gelfand Partners Architects. 2) Patch and texture, to match existing, all drywall damaged during demo of the existing kitchen. 3) Prime and paint new door, trim, ceiling, and 4 walls in kitchen. 4) Patch and texture, to match existing, and paint the walls in the lobby hallway and community room, corner to corner, where existing the kitchen to hallway door will be filled-in and where the existing pocket door will be replaced. 5) Furnish and Install wood handrail and baseboard, to match existing, in lobby hallway where the existing kitchen door will be filled in. 6) Furnish and install new flooring and matching floor transitions in the kitchen. 7) Furnish and install a new garbage disposal, related rough and finish electrical work at the kitchen sink. 8) Furnish and install (1) new surface mounted LED ceiling light in the kitchen. All Proposers are asked to describe the tasks required to successfully carry out the Scope of Services outlined in Exhibit "D", attached hereto. However, Proposer's may include additional services that the Proposer is capable of providing and which, in the Proposer's opinion, would enhance the implementation of the proposed Scope of Services. Proposers must provide pricing for any additional services presented in the proposal. Pricing for all five (5) years must be included in the proposal, including any increases, broken down by year.
