The Waltham Housing Authority (WHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Excavation companies for the replacement of a crushed/cracked sewer discharge pipe from 75/77 Myrtle St building to street city connection approximately 12-14 feet operated by the Waltham Housing Authority in accordance with the documents prepared by the Waltham Housing Authority Bids are subject to MGL c.149 44A-J & to minimum state wage rates as required by MGL c l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount and made payable to the Waltham Housing Authority. Question Deadline 12/26/2024 2 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Owner. The Owner will answer such requests if received seven (7) calendar days before the date for receipt of the bids
