CCTV inspection of approximately 58,000 linear feet of sewer pipe ranging from 4" to 24" in diameter. 2. Heavy cleaning of sewer pipe as required including removal and disposal of all debris. 3. Level 2 inspections of approximately 360 sewer manholes. 4. Generating two (2) copies of reports of all inspections and delivering to the City using physical external hard drives. 5. Coordinating inspections with City's Engineering Consultant. BID SECURITIES shall be in amount of 5% of the bid and in the form of a certified check drawn upon a bank within the State of Massachusetts or a bid bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Massachusetts, made payable to the OWNER. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT BOND and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within five (5) days following notification of the acceptance of his Bid. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid, to waive any informality on bids received, and to omit any item or items deemed advisable for the best interests of the OWNER. The award of the contract may be contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the Waltham City Council. All costs associated with the preparation of the bids shall be the responsibility of the bidder, regardless of whether or not the Contract is awarded. The work of the Contract shall be Complete in 75 calendar days after the date of the Notice-to-Proceed and not including weather-relatedshut-downs.
