Site work and paving for a road / highway in Santa Rosa, California. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project will reconstruct approximately 1.1 centerline miles of this roadway which involves removing the entire pavement section and replacing it with new asphalt concrete and underlying aggregate base to address failing and deteriorating pavement conditions, maintaining existing Class II bike lanes, and upgrading pedestrian curb ramps to current ADA standards. This project is included in the City of Santa Rosa's FY 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 23, 2024, this project is in design. A firm timeline for general contractor selection has not been confirmed. Construction is expected to begin May 2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
