Consultants are invited to submit proposals to complete a Climate Lens Assessment (CLA) for the Town of La Ronge Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades project. The Town of La Ronge Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) project is approved for funding under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP). A Climate Lens Assessment is a requirement of the funding program. The CLA includes two (2) key components; the GHG Emissions and Mitigation and the Climate Change Resiliency Assessments. The CLA is to meet the requirements of Infrastructure Canadas (INFCs) most recent version of the Climate Lens Guidance document including the Greenhouse Gas Mitigation and Climate Change Resiliency Assessment. The intent of this RFP is to select a qualified consultant to complete the CLA in accordance with INFCs requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities in, or reject any or all proposals, or accept the proposal deemed most favourable in the interest of the Town. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
