Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Contract work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, construction of in-stream structures on 1,900 feet of stream, floodplain benching, and riparian buffer plantings. Mount Joy Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of ten percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. See Instructions to Bidders for other provisions on the time available for acceptance of Bids. All Bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a warranty bond in the amount of ten percent and performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price.
