Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
2025 Paving Improvements Estimated Contract Value: $230,000 to $250,000 Bids will be received for a single prime Contract for each project. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount, the Workmen's Compensation Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form and an Anti-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder(s) shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The 2025 Paving Improvements project is subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates. Mount Joy Township hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
