The Contract No. 1 work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, ADA curb ramp improvements along Columbia Avenue, S. Barbara Street, and Walnut Street. The Contract No. 3 work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 28,150 SY Bituminous Seal Coat (Double Application) with Fog Seal. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mount Joy Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
