Jordan School District's Information Systems department is looking to enter into a contract with a qualified Offeror to provide Jordan School District with equipment for new and existing schools' network switch solutions. Please see the full RFP attachment for all proposal guidelines and requirements. This RFP is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this RFP conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence. Questions Due Date: Jan 3rd 2025, 12:00 PM MST This RFP will result in a contract for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year annual renewals for a maximum of five (5) years total. JSD reserves the right to review the contract resulting from this RFP on a regular basis regarding performance and cost analysis. JSD may negotiate price and service elements during the term of the contract.
