The selected consultant will be tasked with refining and advancing the concepts presented in the Downtown Vision Plan to final design and preparing construction documents. The project will have multiple areas of improvement within downtown Louisville, but will generally be confined to the area between Jefferson Street and the Burlington Northern Sante Fe railway to the east and west, and South Street and Elm Street to the north and south.
