The City of Bristol is seeking proposals for the on-call roofing repair and maintenance services for City and Board of Education buildings, on an as-needed basis, through January 31, 2028. The City of Bristol will award the bid based on price, quality of service provided, and timeliness of services. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposals) that in its judgment is in its best interest. The awarded firm will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. The City reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any or all bids submitted. Annual Agreement for the maintenance and repair of roofing at Bristol Board of Education and City facilities as follows, to be provided for the period February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2028 with option to renew annually, contingent upon mutual acceptance of extension. The awarded contractor shall perform semi-annual maintenance on all listed buildings, in accordance with the requirements listed in Attachment A. The awarded contractor shall also provide minor repair services on an as-needed basis, as requested by the Board of Education Buildings and Grounds Supervisor, or the City Building Maintenance Manager. Please note that this contract does not cover major repairs or renovations.
