Renovation of a municipal facility in Bristol, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Bristol ("the City") is seeking to make energy efficiency improvements relative to lighting at its Public Works facilities, within the framework of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant ("EECBG") Program. This project is subject to Federal Procurement Standards Regulations 2 CFR 200.317 through 200.326 and to the requirements set forth in Public Law 117-58 ("Bipartisan Infrastructure Law", exclusive of the Build America Buy American provision. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates as published by the United States Dept of Labor. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal that in its judgment is in its best interest. The awarded firm will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
