For the work which includes replacing water line on Hwy 70, the installation of two PRVs, along with all related work as specified and shown The allotted time for construction is 120 calendar days A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bonds in the amount of his bid. Bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the minimum sum of $_500.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
