E. Bronson Building Demolition Project Description: This bid covers the complete demolition, asbestos abatement, and removal of all materials from 321 E. Bronson St. The scope of work includes the safe removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The City of Sparta is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the demolition of a building located at 321 E Bronson St. The purpose of this project is to safely and efficiently demolish the specified structure, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and minimizing disruption to the surrounding area. Payment will not be made until the City Administrator inspects and approves work. Asbestos Abatement: Conduct asbestos abatement in accordance with the requirements of the State of Tennessee Environmental Consultant, Asbestos NESHAP Program. Engage licensed and certified asbestos abatement professionals to perform the removal of ACMs. Implement all necessary safety measures, including containment, air filtration, and proper decontamination procedures, to protect workers and the surrounding environment. Dispose of asbestos-containing materials at an approved hazardous waste facility with proper documentation and manifest tracking. Demolition: Haul away and dispose of all demolition debris, including non-hazardous and hazardous materials, in compliance with waste management regulations.
