The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, and incidentals in accordance with the Plans and these specifications to drill, construct, and test a 16-inch diameter production well to an estimated depth of 500 feet at the District office at 15606 SE 128th Street, Renton, Washington by using cable-tool drilling method. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashiers Check or Certified Check, made payable to King County Water District No. 90 as indicated in the Instruction for Bidders The three lowest bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after the day of bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding
