The work, to be substantially completed from the date of commencement under this contract, but shall not exceed a Substantial Completion date of 120 days following Notice To Proceed; shall include, but not be limited to: Replacement of the existing leisure, wave pools plaster liner, and waterline tiles which is showing signs of failing in areas. Remove splash pad and replace with hardscape, seating, and a shade structure. Project consists of upgrade of selected interior finishes to include casework, windows, doors, and hardware that includes Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing additions as required for the City of Renton, Washington. ESTIMATED BASE BID COST: $1,953,000.00 excluding WSST. The City's fair practices/non-discrimination policies and the State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in King County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The "Effective Date" for this project is the Bid Form due date above. The applicable prevailing wage rates may be found on the Department of Labor & Industries website located at online. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the bid must accompany each bid.
