Talbot Hill Reservoir Park Improvements ESTIMATED BASE BID COST: $710,316.00 The work shall include, but not be limited to: Construction of park improvements and related site work including earthwork, picnic shelter, pathways, sports court improvements, parking lot improvements, site furnishings and landscape planting for the construction of Talbot Hill Reservoir Park Improvements for the City of Renton. This contract is a unit-price based contract. The successful bidder will be required to provide a unit price for each item of work as specified in the Schedule of Prices and a Base Bid total amount on the Bid Form : Please direct questions regarding this project to Betsy Severtsen at bsevertsen@rentonwa.gov. Document clarification questions must be submitted via email and must be received no later than 1:30 PM on November 14, 2024. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the bid must accompany each bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids received. The City's Fair Practices and Non-Discrimination policies and State Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
