As of February 17, 2025, construction had commenced in December 2024. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Project Description: This project consists of demo and disposal of existing doors and hardware, supply and install of new doors and hardware, supply and install of new glazing at door relites, and supply and install of access control systems at Sierra Heights Elementary School in Renton, WA.
