Reroute an existing 8-inch diameter storm drain to avoid the new piling for the elevated platform. The elevated platform is to support an air handling unit (AHU) with a capacity of 12,000 cfm (two fans at 6,000 cfm ea). The elevated platform is to be accessed via a new set of steel-framed stairs from an existing balcony on the DWB. The AHU is to intake and filter outside air and supply unconditioned ventilation air to the Truck Loading Bay located immediately adjacent to the OTWF via ductwork that will pass through the existing common wall to enter the Truck Loading Bay at three locations. Each branch duct requires a new wall penetration. The new duct wall penetrations require the relocation of four existing LED light fixtures. The AHU is to be controlled by two VFDs and a new controller that is to be installed in an existing HVAC Control Panel in the VFD Room in the DWB. The new controller is to be integrated to the existing Dewatering Building HVAC Metasys DDC System. VFD power monitoring status is to be connected via network communication to PLC network cabinet and integrated into Ovation DC. Provide power conduit and wiring from an existing motor control center located in the DWB to the two VFDs located near the elevated platform. Provide control conduit and wiring from the existing HVAC Control Panel located in the VFD Room in the DWB to the new VFDs. Provide required documentation And all other work as defined in the Contract Documents.
