For the Periods Alternate A: March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2027 (two year), or Alternate B: March 1, 2025 to February 29, 2028 (three years), or Alternate C: March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2029 (four years) The work consists of transport and disposal of municipal liquid sludge from The Upper Hanover Authority's Perkiomen and Macoby Wastewater Treatment Plants, in Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County, PA. The work also consists of an annual pump station and influent chamber cleaning service and transport and disposal of corresponding waste from The Upper Hanover Authority's Palm, Parklands, Vineyards, and Macoby WWTP pump stations and Perkiomen WWTP influent chamber. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids.
