Description

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 27,650-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

New construction of an approximately 27,650sf secure withdrawal management and stabilization facility. The facility will include sixteen 2-bed client rooms with private bathrooms, along with group and activity spaces for client use. Intake, admin, and staff use spaces will be provided to support facility functions. *NOTE* This bid is for core & shell only.
