This project will remove the existing roof system down to the deck and replace with a new roofing system. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, an EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) system designed for a minimum life expectancy of 25 years; new roof insulation to meet current energy codes; and roof access improvements to meet university standards.
