The previous solicitation is listed below for reference: ______________________________________________________________ Professional Design Services On-Call & Citywide Parks Project The City of Emeryville ("City") is seeking a Landscape Architecture design consultant ("Consultant") to complete the conceptual design, plans, specifications and estimates (bid package(s)), for the City of Emeryville's Capital Improvement Program's "Parks Project" The ideal Consultant shall be a firm who is knowledgeable in design and construction of Park Projects within an urban infill environment. Public survey and committee feedback and is an anticipated component of the project. This RFQ is for the project Planning and Design Phases with support of the Construction Phase possibly necessary. Firms submitting proposals must be prepared to immediately enter into a Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") for the services described in this RFQ and must be available to the City on an as-needed basis for a three-year agreement term, with the option for two (2) one year extensions. The estimated budget for the three-year period is an average of $50,000 per year for $150,000 total. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
