Madison Elementary School New Two-Story Classroom Building. Please check the MUSD purchasing website to confirm the sub-contractors that are already pre-qualified with MUSD. Prequalification applications are due by Tuesday, January 07, 2025 @ 10:00:00 a.m. at MUSD Purchasing Department, 1205 Madera Avenue, Madera CA 93637. (Located on the 2nd floor) An updated list of prequalified subcontractors will be posted to the MUSD website on Thursday, January 9, 2025. Bidders shall be required to have a valid class "B" Contractor's License. All general contractors and all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler sub-contractors will be required to pre-qualify to bid on this project. Refer questions to Susan Harautuneian via email @ susanhaautuneian@maderausd.org no later than January 14, 2025 @ 10:00 am. Only questions received via email will be responded to. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bidders' bond in an amount not less than ten (10%) percent of the total bids made payable to MUSD. The District has allotted 395 calendar days for the project from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The District anticipates construction starting approximately February 11, 2024 with a completion date of March 13, 2026
