Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Madera, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.

Work is located at Sack Dam on the San Joaquin River, approximately 24 miles west of Madera, California in Madera and Fresno Counties. Refer to Section L (Instructions to Offerors) for site visit instructions.
